Return Policy

The Printin Kitchen Return Policy

Customer Returns:

  • PLEASE NOTE: Due to our print-on-demand process, we are unable to offer refunds for buyer's remorse or exchange products for a different size. If you require a different size, a new order must be placed. To ensure the best fit, we strongly recommend reviewing the size chart prior to making your selection.

Claims and Returns:

  • Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items: Claims must be submitted within 15 days of receiving the item. If the claim is due to our error, we will cover the costs.

  • Lost Packages: Claims for items lost in transit must be filed within 15 days after the estimated delivery date.

Address and Shipment Issues:

  • Wrong Address: If an incorrect address is provided, the shipment will return to us. The customer is responsible for any reshipment costs once an updated address is confirmed.

  • Unclaimed Shipments: These are returned to us, and reshipment costs will apply.

​

Sealed Goods:

  • We do not accept returns for sealed items, such as face masks, for health and hygiene reasons. Returned face masks will be disposed of.

​

Return Process:

  • Upon receipt of a returned shipment, you will receive an automated email notification.

  • Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 20 days if not addressed.

  • If a different return address is used, you are responsible for any returned shipments.

To start your claim for a misprinted, damaged, or defective product:

  • Please contact us by sending an e-mail to theprintinkitchen@gmail.com.

  • Please provide your name, a clear photo of the product, and a detailed description of what is wrong with it.

  • We will get back to you within 48 business hours (8am-5pm Mon-Fri).
