At The Printin Kitchen, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Below are the guidelines for returns and claims:
Claims and Returns:

Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items: Claims must be submitted within 20 days of receiving the item. If the claim is due to our error, we will cover the costs.

Lost Packages: Claims for items lost in transit must be filed within 20 days after the estimated delivery date.
Return Process:

All returns default to the Printful facility. Upon receipt of a returned shipment, you will receive an automated email notification.

Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 20 days if not addressed.

If a different return address is used, you are responsible for any returned shipments.
Address and Shipment Issues:

Wrong Address: If an incorrect address is provided, the shipment will return to us. You are responsible for reshipment costs once an updated address is confirmed.

Unclaimed Shipments: These are returned to us, and reshipment costs will apply.
Sealed Goods:

We do not accept returns for sealed items, such as face masks, for health and hygiene reasons. Returned face masks will be disposed of.
Customer Returns:

Customers should contact us before returning products. We do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse.
Note: Returns and exchanges for size or other preferences are at your discretion and expense. If you decide to offer them, a new order will need to be placed.
